Alien: Romulus
Overview
Finally — an Alien movie that remembers what made the original terrifying. A group of young scavengers boards a derelict space station hoping to steal their way off a dying colony, and of course it goes horribly wrong. Director Fede Álvarez stages the scares practically and patiently, and the third act goes places I genuinely didn't expect. You don't need to be a franchise diehard; you just need to like being scared properly.
