We are a discovery and information platform: we do not host, upload, store, or stream any video content, and we do not provide download links. Movie posters and artwork displayed on the site are used solely for identification and informational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

Filing a copyright complaint

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on mnioszn infringes your rights, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing (please include the exact URL)
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our process

We review every valid notice promptly. If we determine that material should be removed or modified, we will act expeditiously — typically within 2–3 business days. We may also notify the party who provided the material where appropriate.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a consent to jurisdiction statement. We will review counter-notices in good faith.

Repeat infringers

Accounts found to repeatedly submit infringing material (such as manipulated ratings or infringing uploads, where applicable) may be suspended or terminated.
