Yes, it's exactly what the title promises: a bear eats a duffel bag of cocaine and goes on a rampage in 1985 Georgia. Inspired by a true story, somehow. Elizabeth Banks directs it as a gleeful, gory, surprisingly funny creature feature with a great ensemble cast. Don't expect prestige cinema — expect ninety minutes of absurd, bloody fun. Best watched with friends and zero expectations.
