Crazy Rich Asians
Overview
The rom-com that felt like an event. A New York professor flies to Singapore to meet her boyfriend's family and discovers they're, well, crazy rich — and his mother is not thrilled. Michelle Yeoh is deliciously formidable, the wedding scene is jaw-dropping, and the mahjong finale is genuinely clever. It's funny, romantic, and gorgeous to look at. The rare studio rom-com that actually deserved its hype.
