Yippee-ki-yay, now with snow. Die Hard 2 traps John McClane in a Washington airport on Christmas Eve while terrorists seize the control tower. It's bigger and dumber than the original, and honestly? That's fine. The runway explosion remains one of the great action images. Nobody asked for a sequel this good-natured. Pure holiday adrenaline — watch it after the first one, obviously.
