Dune: Part Two
Overview
Paul Atreides rides the sandworm, drinks the blue poison, and becomes something his mother dreamed of and his girlfriend fears. Villeneuve made a blockbuster that actually feels mythic — the Giedi Prime sequence alone justifies the big screen. The sandworm ride is the kind of spectacle theaters were invented for. Timothée Chalamet finally gets to show teeth. Part three can't come soon enough.
