The Prestige
Overview
Two magicians. One obsession. Zero mercy. In Victorian London, rival illusionists played by Bale and Jackman destroy each other's lives chasing the ultimate trick. Nolan structures it like a magic act itself — every scene is misdirection. The final reveal recontextualizes everything, and you'll want to rewatch immediately. My pick for his most underrated film.
