The Shawshank Redemption
Overview
A banker gets life for a crime he didn't commit and refuses to let prison take his mind. Tim Robbins plays Andy with a stillness that makes every small victory feel enormous, and Morgan Freeman's narration is the warmest voice in cinema. Yes, it's long. Yes, you've heard the ending is perfect. It is. The friendship at its center will stay with you for years.
