The Whale
Overview
One apartment, one dying man, and no easy answers. Charlie, a reclusive online English teacher, is eating himself toward death while trying to reconnect with his estranged daughter before it's too late. Brendan Fraser's performance won the Oscar and broke a million hearts. It's intimate, painful, and not a traditional crowd-pleaser. Go in expecting raw emotion, not a plot-twisty drama.
