The Americans Season 2
Overview
The Jennings' cover frays as an FBI agent moves in across the street and the KGB demands more. The season premiere's cold open ranks among TV's best. Season two digs into what the spy life costs a marriage — Rhys and Russell are extraordinary. Tense, sad, brilliantly written, with tradecraft details that feel painfully real. The finale's last scene is devastating.
