Overview
Avatar: The Last Airbender is a 2024 fantasy adventure television series created by Albert Kim for Netflix, based on the animated series of the same name. The first season follows Aang (Gordon Cormier), a young Avatar who must master all four elements to save the world. He is discovered by two siblings, Katara (Kiawentiio) and Sokka (Ian Ousley), who help him on his journey. They are pursued by Prince Zuko (Dallas Young), the exiled son of the Fire Lord. The series is a live-action remake of the beloved animated series. The first season was a success for Netflix, praised for its visual effects and its faithfulness to the original. The series has been renewed for a second season.
