Bohemian Rhapsody
Overview
Rami Malek won an Oscar for disappearing into Freddie Mercury, and honestly the award was the Live Aid sequence — twenty minutes of pure electricity that closes the film. The road there races through Queen's formation, the hits, the excess, and it smooths over the messier truths of Mercury's life. Critics argued about the facts; audiences just sang along. Flawed as biography, unbeatable as a jukebox celebration.
