The Boss
Overview
My mother is a lot. The Boss stars Melissa McCarthy as a disgraced business titan clawing her way back through a brownie empire, with Kristen Bell as her long-suffering assistant. McCarthy is a force of nature — the physical comedy alone is worth it. It's messy and uneven, but the laughs-per-minute ratio is high. Turn off your standards, turn on the fun.
