Cabrini
Overview
She was told she was too sickly to matter. Francesca Cabrini then built schools, hospitals, and orphanages across America for immigrants nobody else would help — and this film tells her true story with sincerity and sweep. It's an old-fashioned inspirational drama done right: never preachy, and Cristiana Dell'Anna gives a quietly powerful performance. If you like films about stubborn people changing the world against the odds, this one's for you.
