Eyes Wide Shut
Overview
Kubrick's final film is a hypnotic, unsettling dream about marriage and desire. Cruise wanders a nocturnal New York through masked rituals and moral fog. It's slow, strange, and endlessly debated — exactly as intended. Not a thriller, not quite a drama; something all its own. See it late at night for full effect. Kidman is quietly devastating. A puzzle box you'll never fully solve.
