The Firm
Overview
The law firm from hell. The Firm stars Tom Cruise as a young lawyer who discovers his prestigious new employer is a front for the mob. Sydney Pollack directs it like the paranoid thriller it is — every hallway feels watched. It's a slow-burn legal maze with a killer supporting cast. The rare Grisham adaptation that actually holds up. Tense from the first office tour.
