The Guilty
Overview
A demoted cop, a headset, and a kidnapping call — nothing else. Gyllenhaal spends the whole film at a dispatch desk, and Fuqua wrings unbearable tension from voices and silences. Your imagination does the heavy lifting, which makes the twists land harder. Proof that constraints breed creativity. You'll forget you're watching one room. The final minutes reframe everything.
