The Handmaid's Tale Season 1
Overview
In a theocratic America, fertile women are enslaved as breeders — and June Osborne refuses to break quietly. Elisabeth Moss's face does more acting than most full scripts, conveying rage and defiance in total silence. It's harrowing, infuriating, and uncomfortably plausible, which is exactly the point. Not easy viewing, but essential. You'll finish it angry — in the right way.
