Moonlight
Overview
Three chapters, one life. Barry Jenkins traces Chiron from bullied kid to hardened teen to quiet adult, each played by a different actor, each chapter aching in its own distinct way. It's about masculinity, tenderness, and the people who shape us before we're old enough to understand them. That diner scene in the final act? Ten of the most beautiful minutes ever put on film.
