Past Lives
Overview
I wasn't prepared for how quietly devastating this film is. Two childhood sweethearts from Korea reunite decades later in New York — she's married, he's wondering what if. That's the whole plot, and it's perfect. Celine Song directs like she's holding her breath. If you've ever wondered about the road not taken, this one will sit with you for days.
