Rebel Moon Part 1
Overview
Zack Snyder's space opera is gorgeous and hollow in equal measure. A mysterious warrior rallies villagers against a tyrannical empire — it's Seven Samurai in space, with stunning visuals and paper-thin characters. Sofia Boutella deserved a better script. Watch for the spectacle, forgive the story. The director's cut is reportedly better — make of that what you will.
