Spiderhead
Overview
Chris Hemsworth runs a prison where inmates volunteer for emotion-altering drug trials — what could go wrong? This sleek sci-fi thriller starts fascinating and gets darker as the experiments escalate. Hemsworth is creepily charming as the smiling mastermind. It's no Ex Machina, but it's a solid, thought-provoking ride. Worth a watch for the concept alone.
