The Bear
Overview
It's structured like a dinner rush — shouted orders, clattering pans, barely controlled chaos — and that tension is the point. Carmy brings Michelin-star ambition to a grimy Chicago beef shop while grief simmers underneath. Jeremy Allen White is electric, Ayo Edebiri steals scenes, and the famous one-take episode is a masterclass. Half-hour episodes, zero filler. You'll finish it in a weekend and immediately want a sandwich.
