Wonka
Overview
Before the chocolate factory, there was just a young dreamer with a hat full of recipes and a city that didn't want him. Timothée Chalamet plays Wonka as pure optimism wrapped in a magician's coat, and Paul King directs it like a warm hug. The songs are catchy, the chocolate-making scenes are delightful, and yes, you'll want dessert afterward. Perfect family viewing — sweet without being saccharine.
