Overview
Supernatural is a 2005 dark fantasy horror television series created by Eric Kripke for The WB, later The CW. The first season follows brothers Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles), who travel across the country hunting supernatural creatures. Their mother was killed by a demon when Sam was a baby. Their father, John (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), is missing. The first season is a monster-of-the-week show, with an overarching mystery about the demon who killed their mother. The show is a fun, scary, and entertaining series.
