C'mon C'mon
Overview
Joaquin Phoenix plays a radio journalist road-tripping with his precocious young nephew, interviewing kids about the future along the way. Shot in tender black and white, Mike Mills' film is the gentlest gut-punch you'll see — funny, wise, quietly shattering. Woody Norman is a revelation. Parents will feel seen; everyone else will feel something. The rare film about kindness that never feels naive.
