Overview

The true story of Jesse Brown, the Navy's first Black aviator, and the wingman who refused to leave him behind in Korea. Jonathan Majors and Glen Powell sell a friendship forged under racism and combat pressure, and the aerial dogfights are genuinely stunning. It's old-fashioned in the best sense — earnest, stirring, and unafraid of a tearjerker ending. War-movie fans, this one's criminally underseen. Bring someone who still believes in heroes.
