Ferrari
Overview
1957. Ferrari is bleeding money. Mann's biopic finds Enzo at a breaking point — a marriage in ruins, a son lost, a mistress, and one race that will decide whether the company lives or dies. Driver plays him coiled and volcanic, and Cruz matches him scene for scene. The Mille Miglia sequences are genuinely white-knuckle. Talky, operatic, and miles from a standard biopic. Car people and drama people will both find something to grip.
