Breaking Bad Season 3
Overview
Breaking Bad Season 3 finds Walt (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse (Aaron Paul) working for Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito), a calm, terrifying drug lord who runs a fast-food chicken restaurant as a front. Walt is now a successful meth cook, but his ego and recklessness threaten to destroy everything. Skyler (Anna Gunn) discovers Walt's secret and demands a divorce, but Walt refuses to leave the house. She later becomes complicit in his money laundering, buying the car wash where she used to work. The season introduces Gale Boetticher (David Costabile), Gus's other meth cook, and the cousins, silent, terrifying assassins who are hunting Walt. The season ends with Jesse killing Gale to save Walt, a moment that seals their fates and puts them forever in Gus's debt. Breaking Bad Season 3 is a tense, philosophical season about the consequences of choices and the impossibility of escape.
